Why buy a used Audi e-tron GT?
If you want to drive an emissions-free vehicle but aren't looking to sacrifice style or performance then a used Audi e-tron GT is perfect for you. Even though it looks like a typical luxury vehicle, the power is supplied solely through electricity, making it more cost-effective and better for the environment.

Engines and transmissions
With dual electric motors, all e-tron GT models feature standard Quattro all-wheel drive. The Premium Plus and Prestige trims push out 522 horsepower and the RS is rated at 637 horsepower. The fastest variant has a 0-60 mph time of just 2.9 seconds. With a two-speed rear transmission, acceleration has never been better because of the dedicated first gear that handles launching and the second gear for top performance.
Electric powertrain- 83.7-kWh lithium-ion battery.
- 238 miles of electric driving range (standard), or 232 miles (RS).
- Recharged from 5% to 80% in 23 minutes using a 270-kW DC fast charger.
Practicality
The luxurious cabin is designed to invoke the senses while delivering high levels of comfort during long drives.
Interior space- Low-to-the-ground front seats promote a sportier drive.
- Lack of rear headroom makes it challenging for tall adults to fit comfortably.
- Rear middle seat won't hold a full-size adult.
- Standard GT provides 405 litres of boot space, which shrinks to 350 litres in the RS.
- Folding the rear seats down expands the space to 1,171 litres for carrying bulkier items.
- 85 litres of space available under the front bonnet (frunk).
Safety
- Comes standard with advanced driver-assist technology, such as forward-collision warning and automated emergency braking.
- Other danced safety tech includes remote self-parking assist and adaptive cruise control.
- While the Audi e-tron GT hasn't been evaluated by the Euro NCAP, the similar Porsche Taycan scored five stars.
Technology
- Central touchscreen display measures 10.1 inches, offering compatibility with voice recognition and steering-wheel-mounted controls.
- An available Wi-Fi hotspot and wireless charging pad keep the e-tron GT connected while on the move.
- Look for models optioned with the premium 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system; the fully immersive experience will be worth the extra cost.

Used Audi e-tron GT FAQ's
How much will the e-tron GT cost?
While the latest lineup starts at more than £88,000 as a new car, used examples can be purchased for significantly less. The EV has been in production since 2021, so there are plenty of models with a lower sticker price that still provide plenty of technology and features.
When did the Audi e-tron GT come out?
The Audi e-tron GT was first produced for the 2021 model year. It followed in the path of the previous e-tron models' success and fit the segment of being a battery-electric executive car. It was the brand's third electric model, after the Q8 e-tron and Q8 e-tron Sportback SUV lineup.
How fast is the Audi e-tron GT?
The Audi RS e-tron GT has a 0-60 mph time of 2.9 seconds. It also features a 155 mph top speed. All of this performance occurs with zero tailpipe emissions.
What is the real-life range of the e-tron GT?
The Audi e-tron GT can drive up to 238 miles on a full charge. The RS model features a slightly shorter range, but it still goes up to 232 miles per charge.
How long is the wait for the Audi e-tron GT?
There may be a waiting period to get newer models of the Audi e-tron GT. There has been a backlog of supply, making it difficult for drivers to get into the newest lineup. Yet, there's no wait when you find a used Audi e-tron GT for sale, which is a reason to consider buying pre-owned.
What is the most expensive Audi electric car?
Currently, the RS e-tron GT is the most expensive of the EV lineup from Audi. Starting prices for a new RS e-tron GT can be well over £120,000. Yet, if you purchase a used RS e-tron GT, you can save money on the cost without sacrificing any luxury features.
