BMW enjoyed a lot of success with the X1 model, so the manufacturer decided to add a full-electric variant of it in 2022 to extend the brand's EV lineup. Even though the iX1 shares many of the same components as the non-electric model, it has unique blue exterior accents and a closed grille that shows that it's related to the iX3. As it hasn't been in production for very long, there haven't been many updates carried out yet.

- Standard lane assist, driver attention monitoring, parking sensors and a parking camera offer superior protection.
