The Nissan 370Z two-seater roadster has gone through three distinct evolutions since it was originally launched in 2009.
The first manifestation was a coupe powered by a 3.7L V6 engine capable of developing a thumping 331bhp. The best option between the available gearboxes was the automatic, although the manual has a very useful feature called the synchro-rev control which ensures the most efficient gear changes. Another handy feature is the traction indicator which lets the driver know when the car is reaching its limits - however you have to push it very hard before it starts to lose any grip.
In 2010 a convertible was added to the stable which managed to combine the great handling of the original through the use of a reinforced chassis.
In 2013 the Nismo was launched and this is the rarest of all the 370Z cars. Its name is a combination of the words Nissan and Motorsport and with lowered suspension, a throatier exhaust and extra features like heated seats. It also boasted 339bhp and can reach 0-60 in 5.3 seconds.
