Nissan may not be best known for their sports cars, but the two coupes in their range are certainly desirable and attractive models.
The two you'll find on the road today are the N350Z and its successor, the 370Z. The former was launched in 2003 and the first models came with a 3.5L V6 engine capable of developing 280bhp. In later models, this was increased to 300bhp and this high-revving engine can speed the car from 0-62 in under six seconds. The car's rear-wheel drive system produces great handling coupled with super-responsive steering and stability control keeps everything firmly under control.
When the 370Z was launched in 2009, its standard engine was a 331bhp 3.7L version of the V6 which could accelerate from 0-62 in a little over five seconds, especially when coupled with an excellent seven-speed automatic gearbox which wasn't available on the 350Z.
Both cars also score very highly in the equipment stakes with features like climate control, xenon headlights, hands-free mobile phone connectivity and a high quality sound system all fitted as standard.
