The Peugeot 307 SE is a seriously good family motor that offers a whole lot of bang for your buck. it's available in several different 5 door forms, namely coupe, hatchback, SUV and estate, and so has excellent versatility for a range of driving needs. The common themes between all versions though are great designs, a good level of equipment, lots of personality and sparky driving experience. Nothing but practical, safe and reliable, it's actually cheap to run too thanks to the range of engines that span 1.6 to 2.0 litres on both petrol and diesel fronts.A great all rounder, the Peugeot 307 SE really does look the part with its modern designs and quirky nature. Just as fun and lively inside, you can climb in and feel at home as there's a good amount of room, nice finish quality and plenty of light. Gear wise it's got everything from climate control to premium stereo system, heat reflecting windscreen, alloy wheels, cloth seats, traction control, electric windows, remote locking and no shortage of boot space across the range. A definite performer on road, it's nicely sprightly and always gives off a good vibe, particularly in the corners. Pay £3,000 used.
