Powertrains

There is a 50kWh battery in the e-Traveller, and it is powered by a 100kW motor, producing 260 nm of torque. This gives the MPV a maximum speed of 80mph and can reach 0-62mph in 13.1s, which is fine for most people.

The range can vary depending on which mode the MPV is driven in, but Peugeot claims the e-Traveller can reach up to 143 miles if kept in eco mode.

Although slightly limited by range, when charged at a rapid charger (100 kW), the e-Traveller can reach 80% charge in just 30 minutes. For those planning to charge their e-Traveller at home from a standard domestic socket, it will take 31 hours to reach full charge.

As standard, the e-Traveller has a 7.4 kW single-phase charger that can charge the MPV in 7 hours and 30 mins. But an 11 kW three-phase charger is optional, which can charge the car in just 5 hours.

Practicality

Boot space varies on how many passengers are being carried. Carrying eight people, there's 1,500 litres of boot space, five people offers 3,000 litres and even 4,900 litres when all passenger seats are removed.

Safety

Achieving a five-star rating in the Euro NCAP tests, the e-Traveller is fitted with vast amounts of safety technology to keep all of its passengers safe.

These safety features include Autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning, road sign recognition, blind sport monitoring, driver drowsiness monitoring, and active cruise control.

Technology

Three different driving modes are available in the e-Traveller: eco for reaching maximum range from the battery, normal for everyday driving, and power for heightened driving feel. Moreover, two different braking modes—moderate and emphasised- offer more responsive braking for quicker deceleration.
