Vauxhall mainly offered one powertrain option with all Corsa-e models, complete with regenerative braking and three drive modes (Eco, Sport and Normal). The most recent models have more powerful electric motor for improved acceleration.
Electric- Since the inception of the Corsa-e, there has been an available electric motor producing 134bhp with a 50kWh battery.
- New powertrain option includes a 154bhp electric motor and 51kWh battery.

Aside from the electric powertrain in the Corsa-e, it also has a slightly longer wheelbase. The Corsa Electric has its rear axle pushed back further so that it can better accommodate the battery below the seats.
