1.5 TSI produces 148bhp, with a slightly less efficient rating of up to 47.1mpg.
Range-topping T-Roc R offers a 2.0 TSI 4Motion configuration, creating up to 296bhp.

Diesel

2.0 TDI creates either 113 or 148bhp with the best efficiency at 60.1mpg rating and CO2 emissions at 125g/km.

Practicality

VW has done a great job of making the T-Roc both practical and fun to drive. Its smaller design may seem cramped when looking at it from the outside, but it's the perfect size for getting in and out of tight spaces without sacrificing interior space.

Introduced in 2017, the Volkswagen T-Roc is still in its first generation. It follows in the footsteps of the VW Touareg and Tiguan, with a smaller footprint. The 4.2-metre-long crossover is stylish and fun, designed with younger buyers in mind. It has been built on the MQB platform and offers a higher ground clearance than the car lineup.
